LIVE ROAST PIG CUTTING & SERVING SERVICES

For clients choosing to provide their own roast pig, our Premium Live Carving & Service ensures the experience is executed with professionalism, care, and refined presentation. This offering allows your guests to enjoy freshly carved portions without disruption, while maintaining the elevated service standard Nesian Gourmet is known for.

Due to the skill, safety, and attention required for live carving, a dedicated service professional is assigned exclusively to manage this station.

Service Includes:
• A trained staff member dedicated solely to the live carving and serving of your roast pig
• Up to 1.5 hours of continuous service, or until the roast pig has been fully carved — whichever occurs first
• Use of Nesian Gourmet’s professional-grade carving and serving equipment
• Efficient clearing of the carving area, plus cleaning and pack-down of all our service equipment

Price is per roast pig

Service Scope:
This package is strictly allocated to one roast pig. Should additional pigs be present, an additional carving service and staffing fee will apply per pig. All roast pigs must be disclosed before your event to ensure appropriate staffing and service preparation. Undisclosed pigs may not be serviced on the day.
