Inspired by our unforgettable trip to Hawai’i and the famous Kahuku shrimp trucks on the North Shore, we just had to recreate our own Nesian Gourmet version with an island twist.

Juicy garlic butter fried prawns packed with bold flavour and sautéed to perfection, served on a bed of fluffy coconut rice with creamy macaroni salad on the side. Finished with our signature garlic sauce and island seasonings that bring every bite to life.
