Inspired by our trip to Hawai’i and the fresh island poke bowls we fell in love with, this is our own Nesian Gourmet twist on a Hawaiian favourite.

Fresh salmon marinated in our delicious spicy aloha sauce, layered on a bed of fluffy coconut rice and paired with refreshing cucumber radish salad, seaweed and vibrant island flavours throughout. Finished with our signature drizzle and seasonings to create the perfect balance of creamy, spicy, fresh and savoury in every bite.
